I tried 100 Japanese dumplings food challenge in Japan. "Hakatagekizyo", one of the Japanese famous restaurant, provide food challenge menu. It rule is very simple. The restaurant serve 100 Japanese dumpling. If you cloud eat 100 Japanese dumplings in 60 minutes, food challenge is success. In that case, challenge fee would be free and you could get dumplings free passport, that will expire in 1year!!
